Dioh Cox Podee
Dioh Cox Podee chairs the Board of LIFT Liberia and currently works at the General Auditing Commission of Liberia (GAC) as Audit Manager since 2013. As chairman of the Board of LIFT, he presides over all Board Meeting, issues notices, approves all appointments, budgets and policies of the organization.
He is an audit and accounting expert and analyst with more than ten certificates in the field from South, Africa, Kenya, the World Bank, USAID, Liberia and other international agencies and organizations. He holds an MBA from the University of Kenya, a BBA from the United Methodist University in Liberia, and an Associate Degree in Accounting from the College of West Africa Junior College in Liberia. Dioh is a lecturer at the United Methodist University and serves as Chairman of the Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and Banking and Financing Department of the University since 2013.
He is also is a certified fraud examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners International (ACFE).
Dioh has strong background and experience in peace and youth work, serving Chief Financial Officer of Committee for Peace and Development Advocacy (COPDA) Inc between 2002-2008 and President of the United Methodist University Students Union between 2007-2008.
He has managed grants for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), American Jewish Service (AJWS), Mercy Corps Liberia, Norwegian Human Rights Funds, and USAID between 2002-2008.
